When planning my first trip overseas, I had a huge folder filled with screenshots from Instagram, photos ripped from magazines, scribbles of suggestions, printed bus schedules, post-it notes of thoughts & to-dos.

My computer always had a hundred tabs open, and I seemed to find a lot of stories about other people's personal experiences, but not a lot of rock-solid information to help me plan the intricacies. Which train station do I go to? Is there a night bus? How long should I plan to stay? How much should I pay for a beer?

East of Everything is just a more updated and organised version of that original folder - everything I know and have leant from travelling, designed to both inspire and plan your trips.  Whether you're going for a year or 2 weeks, with a crew of your best friends or flying solo, with this site I hope to spark the desire of adventure within you.

I don't know everything and I haven't been everywhere, but if there's anything I can do to help you on your adventure journey, please get in touch.
